Dave has 40 years of emergency services experience and over 35 years as a hazardous materials responder, having worked at the local, county, and national levels. He has worked in a number of states and has responded to numerous, large-scale incidents. He is a published author, emergency services instructor, and has presented at numerous conferences. He currently remains active in the field, serving as a volunteer responder, state level instructor, and works with both national and state level emergency services training and education entities.
