Established in 1985, the Security and Emergency Response Training Center (SERTC) is operated by the Transportation Technology Center, a subsidiary of the Association of American Railroads. SERTC has trained more than 74,000 participants worldwide and is a Member of the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC) since 2009. Our mission is to be the Leader in training for Hazardous Materials Response to Surface Transportation. Scenario based training at our 5 facility in Pueblo Colorado includes, classroom instruction, hands-on techniques, and scenario-based field exercises as our hallmark.
