With an industry leading internal training program and hundreds of safely completed responses, our team is ready to respond at any time. All First Call field personnel complete “First Call University”, our comprehensive, structured training curriculum to ensure that they perform hazardous waste site operations with full regard to safety. This program meets and exceeds 29 CFR 1910.120 and includes an initial 40-hour training course, annual update training, incident command training, and quarterly training for managers, supervisors, and employees who may respond to emergency situations involving hazardous materials on rail, waterway, and fixed facilities. The requirements of the First Call training curriculum are continually updated in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
