At Epic Investment Services, Nada leads sustainability, innovation and national programs, delivering strategy, programs and services across Epic's integrated platform of real estate management, asset management and investment management services.
Nada has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate in Canada. Before joining Epic in 2022, Nada led teams working on national initiatives in operational excellence in real estate, including updating the approach to procurement of goods and services for properties across four asset classes, and designing and implementing programs to improve customer service, risk management, and building operations. Nada also worked in property management at QuadReal and at Bentall Kennedy, where she was responsible for the management of office and industrial assets in the Toronto area.
Nada’s original passion is sustainability along with a keen interest in urban planning and growth. Nada gravitated toward commercial real estate early in her career as a sustainability professional, and her impact on the industry continues to be visible today. She’s worked in waste management consulting, led the BOMA BEST program nationally in its foundational years, and led sustainability at Bentall Kennedy before entering property management.
Nada has also served on the Board of Directors with BOMA Toronto since 2017.
