Frank Soldano is Vice President of Architecture and Planning at Related Midwest. Since joining the company in 1992, Mr. Soldano has served in both construction and architectural project management positions on adaptive reuse, historic preservation and new construction projects. In his current role, Mr. Soldano is responsible for technical coordination and quality control across projects. He helps establish sustainability goals for all Related Midwest developments, overseeing the certification process in programs that include LEED, Enterprise Green Communities and Green Globes.
Over his nearly three decades with the company, Mr. Soldano has been involved in the development of multiple LEED-certified projects in Chicago, including 340 on the Park, Chicago’s first LEED Silver certified residential high-rise building and Lathrop, certified LEED Gold in 2018 and Related Midwest's LEED Neighborhood Development project.
