Jeff received a Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University and practiced architecture in Colorado for nearly a decade where much of his work focused on the K-12 education sector. Jeff has 24 years of experience in Colorado school districts managing the construction and renovations of facilities. Most recently, he was the Project Manager of Energy Systems at the Boulder Valley School District where he implemented the District’s strategic energy plan in their $677M capital construction program, improving project efficiency by 24%. Jeff is now a Project Director with the School District of Manatee County, Florida, managing large capital construction projects including Deep Energy Retrofits. He is a registered architect in Colorado and Florida, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Energy Manager.
