Tolga Tutar is a Senior Sustainability Director at Skanska with more than 15 years of multidisciplinary experience in decarbonization, sustainable design and construction, and resource efficiency. He oversees green building construction practices, decarbonization efforts, and other sustainability initiatives at Skanska USA to achieve the carbon neutrality goal by 2045, and collaborates with AEC partners to leverage collective knowledge and experience. Mr. Tutar serves in USGBC’s LEED Materials and Resources Technical Advisory Group (TAG), and holds LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP ID+C, TRUE Advisor, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Living Future Accreditation (LFA) credentials.
