Kate Redman is a community enterprise attorney and the co-founder and director of Commongrounds, a real estate cooperative in Traverse City, Michigan. Commongrounds develops real estate that is owned by its tenants and community and is designed to meet community needs and increase quality of life in northern Michigan. Kate also founded Commonplace, a nonprofit coworking and community hub in Traverse City.
