Over the past 22 years, Jeff has assisted clients in completing more than one billion dollars of construction projects, primarily in K-12 Sustainable Educational Architecture. Jeff has completed projects in K-12 Education, Public Safety, Higher Education, Judicial, Commercial Office, HealthCare, Residential, Banking and Retail.
Jeff is an Accredited Learning Environments Planner (ALEP) utilizing his expertise for K-12 master plans providing a blueprint for clients to use as they plan their future educational programs. Jeff has earned a CPTED Professional Designation (CPD) in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), advising on embedded safety and security measures in facilities, providing recommendations and testimony throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region, including to the Pennsylvania Auditor General for Act 44 School Safety legislation enacted in 2018.
Jeff currently serves as Chair for the Pennsylvania American Institute of Architects Education Subcommittee. Recently, Jeff was recognized as a LEED Fellow by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2020.
