As a licensed architect and visionary leader, Kris has been a national presence in shaping the green building movement since 2000. She works with the belief that as designers and inhabitants of planet earth, we have the intuitive knowledge to create structures that truly integrate with the places where we live. She is a member of the first class of LEED Fellows and was appointed to the Health Leadership Network established by the Urban Land Institute where she participated in the development of a framework that links human health outcomes with the design of the built environment. In 2018, Kris was honored as a Women of Influence by Albuquerque Business First. Kris currently serves as the AIA New Mexico President.
