Dr. Nancy Post, CEO of IHL (Institute for Healthy Leadership) is an industry expert in work place well being. She brings decades of experience to IHL where she guides the use of state of the art organizational assessment surveys and employee engagement methods that measure the social and health components of ESC metrics. Organizations can use these diagnosis tools for systemic assessments of DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusivity), Health, productivity and retention. Companies can customize the meaurement to inform strategy and tactics for healthier and more productive workplaces.
Having taught at the University of Pennslyvania in both the Wharton Executive Programs and the Organizatonal Dynamics Masters Program, Dr. Post focuses on how to help leaders strategize, plan and implement methods to help workplaces generate energy for their staff. Dr. Post has also developed methods to support leaders and project teams through the change management process, assuming that organizations have a learning curve as they shift culture.
She studied architecture, city and regional Planning at the University of Pennslyvania, then did a masters in Acupuncture in order to learn human energy, followed by a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. She is on IWBI's (International Well Build Institute) Reserach Advisory Board and has helped in the creation of IWBI's Twelve Competency model for Healthy Organizations.
Dr. Post is known for her "insight and Innovation" as she pioneers methods of work place well being. She plays competitive tennis, is married to an Englishman, and is proud that her garden blooms throughout the growing season in Philadelphia. She can be reached at Nancy@nancypost.com.
