Ajay has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry initially as an architect and for the past 15 years as a sustainability consultant leading design teams to develop strategic sustainability frameworks, climate-responsive architecture, design for thermal and visual comfort, high-performance façade optimization, advanced energy and HVAC systems, and carbon management, with award winning companies like Atelier Ten and Elementa Consulting.
At Modulous, Ajay is using his experience in the construction industry to create and champion long-term sustainability strategy, from business operations through to technology platform, building design, procurement and production.
Ajay is the author of various research papers and essays on strategies that could be adopted for sustainable design and construction. In the past he has provided insight on sustainability aspects affecting major planning applications as a member of the Brent Design Review Panel.
