With over 35 years of experience, Clark is one of SERA’s Principals focused on Sustainability, and a champion for energy-efficient, climate-responsive design. Clark is an experienced facilitator who helps lead the firm’s continuing evolution in the arenas of high performance buildings, sustainability and district scale systems, while also working outside the firm on policy advocacy to transform the market.
He is a 2012 LEED Fellow, past Chair of the Cascadia Green Building Council, a past board member of the International Living Future Institute of which he was a founder, and where he is now an Advisory Board member, and he is a Board member for Climate Solutions. He keynotes nationally and internationally on the impact of the built environment on climate change. He is a member of the AIA COTE’s Advocacy Committee, a GSA Professional Peer, and was a juror for the 2012 AIA COTE Top 10 national sustainable design awards. He’s attended over 10 Greenbuild conferences, and over 10 ILFI Living Future conferences, presenting at many.
