Gunnar Hubbard is a recognized leader in high performance, low energy, and healthy buildings across the United States and in Asia, and Europe. He has nearly 30 years of experience as a licensed architect, consultant, educator and advocate. His works spans from airports, to office buildings, to institutional, to affordable housing. At TT, he oversees green building experts in the New York City, London, San Francisco, Boston and Portland, Maine, offices and collaborates with the firm’s nine other practices and all offices. Gunnar is an expert in creating high performance, low energy, healthy buildings. His current focus is advancing the firm’s building analytics services and expertise in certification systems such as LEED, Passive House, LBC, and WELL. The practice has certified over 400 green buildings across the globe. In 2015, he was accepted as a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, and in 2012 he became a LEED Fellow.
