Edner Bellanger is a Civil Engineer with a masters degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. Edner has been part of Arcos for more than 16 years, throughout this time he has been in charge of the technical planning of projects, as well as overseeing budgeting, hiring, construction, after sales service and maintenance of future developed land at Condado Naranjo, a community of more than 390 hectares, whose objective is to generate an urban development that improves the quality of life of its residents and visitors. Edner leads initiatives focused on generating a positive impact, for both, people and planet.
