Samantha is a sustainability and healthy buildings expert, holding professional accreditations in WELL, LEED, RESET, BREEAM and SKA. At M Moser Associates, Samantha serves as an Associate Director for Sustainability and Wellness initiatives and projects globally across the firm, including certifications, Net Zero strategy and design, and zero waste programs. Previously, Samantha managed market development of WELL in Southeast Asia for the International WELL Building Institute. Her background in scientific research specializes in environmental science, material safety, and economics and policy. Samantha has held roles in research and development, evaluating building technologies, including a program for which she authored two patents; as well as in marketing and communications to help impart an understanding of scientific research to a wide range of audiences. Samantha holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Science and Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College.
