Weiwei Dang, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Molecular and Human Genetics, and the Huffington Center on Aging at Baylor College of Medicine. He is a CPRIT Scholar for Cancer Research. Dang received Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and pursued postdoctoral training with Dr. Shelley Berger at the Wistar Institute and University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of eLife, Aging Cell, Journal of Gerontology, Frontiers in Aging, and Life Medicine. He is an elected board member and serves as assistant secretary for American Aging Association (AGE).
