I was educated as a health scientist and currently work as senior researcher at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences for the research group Living well with Dementia. My PhD (2017) concerned shared decision-making in care networks of people living with dementia. My current research focusses at person-centered care, advance care planning and cultural sensitive care for people with dementia.
