Tadashi Wada M.D. is a primary care physician, and a certified specialist of Japanese Academy of Home Care Physicians. He is also a certified case manager of Long-term Care Insurance System. He is tirelessly serving to very sick outpatients including COVID-19 patients, and is also engaged in care of those disabled due to age-related frailty or dementia, terminally-ill cancers, neuro-degenerative diseases, serious congenital disorders, or severe injuries, etc. in home-care settings.
He is very concerned with care of patients with various difficulties, such as abused cases, poor patients, living-alone patients, and terminally-ill patients.
He is serving as a councillor of Japan Academy for the Prevention of Elder Abuse. He is currenty serving as Chair of Elderly Protective Services Agency, and Chair of Protective Services Agency for disabled persons, Matsudo municipal government, Chiba, Japan. He also has deep knowledge about disaster medicine, and is director of all the disaster first-aid stations of Matsudo City. He is involving in education of medical sudents and young physicians as a clinical professor of Primary Care Medicine, School of Medicine, Tokyo Medical & Dental University, and a clinical professor of Internal Medicine, School of Medicine, Chiba University.
