Andrea R. Zammit, PhD, is a neuropsychologist at the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Her work primarily focuses on individual differences in cognitive aging and cognitive epidemiology. Dr. Zammit received her MSc in cognitive neuropsychology and her PhD in psychology from the University of Edinburgh. Her current NIA-NIH K01 Scientist Development Award focuses on using psychometric methods to empirically characterize preclinical profiles of AD and related dementias (ADRD). Dr. Zammit is particularly interested in identifying sensitive cognitive and non-cognitive phenotypes associated with preclinical ADRD.
