Hematologic malignancies are a group of heterogenous diseases, and numerous therapeutic approaches of these diseases have recently been proposed. This session will focus on the management of multiple myeloma and high-grade non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma, two hematologic malignancies with controversial treatment guidelines. Expert faculty will discuss complex cases based on patient-specific factors, highlight the rationale used for treatment selection, and discuss the role of the pharmacist in managing such patients.
Learning Objectives:
Discuss challenging patient cases in multiple myeloma and high-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma
Evaluate the role of the pharmacist in the management of patients with multiple myeloma and high-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma
