Scott joined Frontier in 2013 to centralize technology and engineering functions from a regional structure to a centralized standards focused engineering organization. Today, Scott has responsibility for designing and managing Frontier’s national fiber expansion as well as leading network architecture, planning, engineering, in-home technology, network operations and service activation and delivery. Prior to joining Frontier, Scott spent 13 years with Windstream/Valor Telecom where he was responsible for network planning and engineering and oversaw the integration of nine acquisitions while building network technology innovation as a core competency.
