Camilla Formica is the Chief Revenue Officer and minority owner of NCTI and has been in the cable and telecommunications industry for 33 years. In her role, she aims to unify advancements in technology with the demand for quality and immediate education and training content to ensure everyone has opportunities to achieve their educational and professional goals.
Pioneering female mentor, leader, motivator, and speaker; Camilla began her career in the industry over 33 years ago as an account/carrier representative with Metromedia Communications in Southern California. Since then, she has served in leadership roles in organizations such as ICG, AT&T, and XO Communications. Through her extensive career, she has refined her expertise as an influential, purposeful, and goal-oriented leader, which serves her well both as a female executive and in volunteer roles on boards including in her current role as Vice President for WICT Network Rocky Mountain.
Camilla is past Chairman and serves on the NTCA Associate Member Advisory Council, the NTCA Smart Rural Community Council, is a past co-president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Professional Association of Customer Engagement (PACE) and is a board member for the Old English Sheepdog Rescue of Colorado. A breast cancer survivor, Camilla is a Model of Courage for the Ford Warriors in Pink ambassadorship program and has been a member of the grant committee for the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation
Camilla lives in Elizabeth, Colorado on a little farm with her four dogs (three are Old English Sheepdog Rescues).
