Robbie K Heaps - Corporate Vice President of Quality Assurance, Environmental, Social, and Governance
Robbie lives in Pittsburgh, PA, and has an extensive background in construction, telecommunications, civil road work, construction standards, and building relationships with city officials. Robbie oversees construction and quality control and quality assurance for Sifi Networks. He is heavily involved in developing city relations and in particular with the city Department of Public Works offices One of the main objectives for his department is to educate DPW offices on methods and best practices. Sifi Networks constructs 100% of its fiber network underground.
In addition to Construction services, Robbie’s department will oversee ESG matters involved with SiFI’s fiber network builds and its ongoing operations. ESG matters include environmental safety, recycling, power and fossil fuel consumption, climate change and the network's resilience to catastrophizes. Social matters include community development, stakeholder engagement, local hires, and financial aid programs for broadband services.
Robbie was formerly with Crown Castle International leading the national construction service team.
