Rob (Rube) Rubinoff creates innovative, customer inspired product experiences for C Spire’s Home & MDU markets. During his tenure as product lead, C Spire has experienced an incredible 1000%+ growth in its subscriber base while maintaining an almost non-existent voluntary churn and industry leading Net Promoter Scores. In 2016 Rube and MobiTV (now TiVO / xperi) created the first software defined TV platform, foregoing the need for outdated, expensive Set Top Boxes and instead running as an app on today’s most popular video streaming devices. In 2018, Rube and MobiTV were presented with CableFax’s Best New Streaming TV Service award. Fast forward to today, what was once just a cool idea is now being used by close to 100 operators serving over 1M subscribers enjoying a modern, immersive pay tv experience on hardware they already know and love.
