Knowledge is vital to the health of an organization, especially when it comes deploying and maintaining fiber. With the costliest part of any fiber project being labor, training saves time, empowers employees, adds value to the workforce, and improves job satisfaction and in-field repair times. This presenter would discuss how a few days of training provides benefits both from an organizational standpoint and for participating technicians.
