This lecture is designed to explain and guide organizations towards the common goal of providing valid and engaging public education content while utilizing the talents of personnel. This presentation will tackle the ongoing issues faced by departments across the country of providing the right information, at the right time, to the right people, so they can make the right decision. It will cover ways to create and curate content to help engage the customer, but also members of the department towards the common goal of Community Risk Reduction.
