Generation Z is the youngest named generational group right now. They were born between 1995 – 2010 and they are now our recruiting field. Only in recent years have they been entering the workforce, and researchers are starting to get good data on what makes them tick. Comparing data before and after the start of the pandemic, interesting qualities are starting to emerge. Find out what this group is about and you will have an advantage in recruiting, retaining, and motivating your youngest members.
