It is regularly said that most fire departments are actually several different fire departments all wearing the same uniform. Reliability and consistency among shifts is not only important to the function and culture of an organization, it is essential to the citizens who need help. This session explores the problem and shares real life lessons and commentary on how you can improve the interaction between shifts.
