CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME… with all the various communication platforms at our disposal, why do we still have a problem communicating? Join us as we take a deep, intentional, laser-focused dive into communication in today’s fire rescue service. We’ll discuss what works, what doesn’t, and what we need to do to maximize our ability to communicate with everyone, from admin chiefs and gritty old-timers to enthusiastic millennials and rookie firefighters. We’ll wrap it up with an open questions & answers session so everyone can learn from shared experiences. If you’re passionate about communication, this is the class for you!

Learning Objectives:

The participant will engage with the presenters and fellow attendees to understand the communication challenges in today’s fire service.
The participant will contribute their experiences regarding communication, both positive and negative, through multiple forms of feedback-driven media.
