Bill O'Gorman is a career immunologist and cytometrist having trained at Stanford University under Garry Nolan and Mark Davis. His work is centered around high content single-cell analysis and has covered diverse topics ranging from biochemical analysis of signaling networks induced by infection in pre-clinical models to mass cytometry based human immune monitoring of health and disease. While at Genentech his studies have focused on the role of B-cell activation in inflammatory bowel disease as well as T-Resident Memory cell biology in the context of cancer immunotherapy.
