Registration for FOCIS 2022 does not include a room reservation. Stay where all the action is! FOCIS has negotiated a special room rate for FOCIS delegates at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. Please contact the hotel directly to make reservations before May 29, 2022. The special room rate is available but not guaranteed.

Member Society Symposia, Tuesday, June 21FOCIS 2022 starts with FOCIS Member Society Symposia. All Member Society Symposia are included in the FOCIS 2022 registration fee and do not require additional registration. Space is limited in these session rooms.

Guest RegistrationBring your family to San Francisco and extend your stay pre-or post- FOCIS 2022. Guest registration includes admittance into the Opening Reception on Tuesday, June 21 as well as the evening Poster Receptions on Wednesday, June 22, and Thursday, June 23. Guests are not admitted to scientific sessions.
ConfirmationUpon receipt of the submitted registration form and full registration fee, each delegate will receive a confirmation of registration via email. The confirmation email is the receipt for the meeting. Please bring a copy of this confirmation to FOCIS 2022.
Cancellation/Refund PolicyRefund of registration fees, less a $30 administrative fee, may be applied for, in writing, prior to June 1, 2022. After this date, no refunds will be made. A $30 administrative fee will be assessed for registration transfers requested, in writing, prior to June 1, 2022. After this date, no transfers will be made. Refunds requested more than 90 days after payment has been processed will be made via check payment only.
Registration DeskName badges and registration materials will be available onsite for delegates who preregister for FOCIS 2022.
Delegates who register onsite will receive a name badge and materials at the FOCIS 2022 registration desk. A limited number of registration materials are available for onsite registrants and will be distributed while supplies last.
