Michelle has been a RN for over 33 years specializing in pediatric critical care, pediatric transport and clinical education. She has a MA in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University, BSN from University of Michigan and her NPD-BC. Michelle has held a variety of positions during her career from being a bedside nurse, preceptor and mentor to being an organ recovery coordinator, clinical educator and team leader. She currently serves as a Team Leader in the Clinical Education department and as a clinical educator for External Transport at Children's Health. She has been actively involved in promoting resilience in staff member transport and throughout the organization.
