Tina became a nurse in a rural ED setting in 1992. She began flying at a Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center in 1999 and continued for 20 years flying in either an Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric specialty arena. During the last 30 years she has maintained frontline staff capability while advancing her career in leadership and educational roles. Currently she functions as a critical care transport nurse for a pediatric system and as a Stroke Coordinator for an adult system. She has served on the ASTNA Board for 5 years and still maintains a position as a Regional Director for TPATC.
