Amber Payne-Gregory RN,MBA,CFRN, CMTE, Director of Medical Operations at AIrMed International, a Global Medical Response solution, is a seasoned Emergency Medicine and Flight Nurse having been in Nursing for 19+ years. Her previous experience prior to AirMed International has been in the Emergency Department as a Charge Nurse as well as Senior Flight Nurse and Clinical Base Educator with Air Methods, Corporation. She is an instructor in BLS, ACLS and PALS. She has also presented at the local, state, and national level in continuing education conferences for Emergency Nurses, Pre-Hospital Providers, and other Healthcare Providers. Amber has also been a contributor in textbooks from Air and Surface Transport Nurses Association, “Critical Care Transport Curriculum” and “Standards for Critical Care and Specialty Transport”. She is also an active member of the Emergency Nurses Association serving as the Alabama Council State President-Elect, Air and Surface Transport Nurses Association, American Nurses Association and Alabama EMS Association. She also serves within the Alabama AAMS Chapter.
Amber started with AirMed International in August of 2014 as a Clinical Coordinator. During that time, she completed her MBA with a Healthcare Concentration from Auburn University and was named the Director of Medical Operations in May 2015. She continues in this role today and is a collaborating leader within the Global Medical Response Medicine Team.
