Marcelo Giarelli is the Aortic Program Coordinator with the Heart and Vascular Service at Tampa General Hospital. Marcelo works with Vascular and Cardiothoracic Surgery Physicians to develop and implement Aortic care and processes to improve patient outcomes. He works with internal and external stakeholders to provide education, implement technology to improve processes, and value-based care for Aortic patients. Marcelo has worked to implement cloud based software solutions to collaborate with referring facility physicians and TGH Aortic Service physicians to promote world-class care. Currently, Marcelo and the team are implementing a disruptive innovation technology application to rapidly contact and consult with TGH Aortic Center resources.
