Reminders of the dangers we face in the HAA environment are never plenty enough. In just a few seconds, a normal flight can turn to tragedy if the entire team is not on the same page with a shared goal. In this session, we will take an in depth look into a preventable air medical helicopter crash while reviewing the components of CRM/AMRM. The instructor will share his personal story about how CRM/AMRM failures contributed to the crash he was involved in, and steps that everyone can take to improve their crew coordination.
