A discussion on the adaption of a hospital based career ladder to the unique roles and requirements of a critical care transport nurse and paramedic. This session will review how to engage career ladder participants into a peer competency education project to eliminate skill competency at group educational sessions and develop peer skill competency at the base level. Will review the training, education required, and the plan on how peer competency is flourishing in our environment and leading to effective didactic and interactive education minus the time consuming skill competency stations.
