Prior to COVID, the standard for Change Management was John Kotter’s 8 Step model. It was proven to work. Each step was methodical and vital to the successive steps. The approach to leading is meeting individuals at the intersection of agility and change management. Credit goes to Sarah Clayton for her work on the topic who is a partner with Korn Ferry an organizational consulting firm.
