Tuesday Morning Yoga Session
Start your morning off with a gentle yoga practice inspired to connect your mind, body, and spirit. Refreshments will be provided, and each participant will receive a complimentary yoga mat.

Drop by the Allied Organization Avenue in the exhibit hall for a comforting visit with one of AMTC's therapy dogs. A gentle rub of their fur and the special look in their eyes will do you a world of good to relieve stress and anxiety. You may even get a dog kiss or two!
