In today’s rangeland management landscape, a diverse community of land stewards are finding Nature’s process of fire to be the missing tool from the landscape management toolbox and through local, state and federal leadership, partnership, and support are successfully embracing prescribed fire to meet a wide range of land stewardship goals. Communities are embracing prescribed fire as the cornerstone to regenerative rangeland management and friendly smoke as the original form of social media. Successful fire practitioner's today are building a culture of fire use through success and example in their communities as a result of prescribed fire education and leadership opportunities.
