Where, what, and how we observe nature is inherently subjective. This subjectivity can blur the lines between human and natural systems, creating a more expansive and inclusive natural history. Nature is not confined to wild and protected places, but rather surrounds us in our everyday lives. I will share how I have redefined nature, highlight how everyday interactions with nearby nature can advance wellbeing and how small acts of conservation demonstrate a universal love for the natural world.
