Ana Raymundo is a biologist who graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan with a Master of Science in wildlife management from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She has over ten years of experience working on bird conservation in the Yucatan Peninsula. During her career, she participated in various projects that strengthened the capacities of various local communities.
In 2018 she began her Ph.D. at Laval University under the supervision of Steve Cumming, an experience that has allowed her to develop skills in R programming, spatial simulation, and the use of SpaDES.
