Postdoctoral Researcher
Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Sweden
I completed my Ph.D. in natural resources in 2020 at Cornell University where I built spatial statistical models to explain abundance, habitat use, and migration of commercially important species. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher with SUNY ESF and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences studying the drivers of fish community dynamics in response to declining oxygen in benthic habitats. I began my educational career as a mathematician and found my way to ecology through the statistical rigors of fisheries statistics.
