Sonia Delphin PĂ©rez is a doctoral candidate in the School of Natural Resources and the Environment at the University of Arizona. She has worked for World Wildlife Fund (WWF)-Paraguay for many years implementing conservation projects. Her research aims to identify the feasibility of integrating ecosystem services in land use planning to meet environmental, economic and social goals in developing countries. Her research site is in the second largest forests of South America, the Gran Chaco.
