Research Technician

I am a Research Technician for Dr. Holly Jones of the Evidence-based Restoration Lab at Northern Illinois University. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies in 2020 at NIU and am currently dedicating my time to researching prairie ecosystem functioning under the advising of Dr. Jones. My time spent in her lab is helping me develop my career interests so that I can be prepared to enter Graduate School in the future. My current interests include plant identification, community ecology, and prairie ecosystems. In my free time I love to write, bake, go hiking, and read novels with my friends at bookclub.
