Research Fellow
Harvard Forest, Harvard University
Dominick Sullivan [he/they pronouns] is a Post-Baccalaureate Research Fellow at Harvard Forest in Petersham, Massachusetts. As a queer Latine ecologist, Dom loves to talk about creating more inclusive and welcoming communities in the sciences for marginalized people. Their current research focuses on the detrimental impacts of spongy moth (Lymantria dispar) on oak tree health in the forests of central Massachusetts. After a wonderful year of living in the forest and doing field research, Dom looks forward to starting an AmeriCorps fellowship in Davis, California with the Community Alliance with Family Farmers. This fellowship emphasizes community work, education and outreach, and project planning and implementation for initiatives on sustainable agriculture and wildfire resilience.
