Martin Dovciak is Associate Professor and Roosevelt Forest Ecologist at State University of New York, College of Environmental Science & Forestry (SUNY ESF) in Syracuse. He received PhD from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and postdoctoral training from University of Washington-Seattle. He studies how global environmental changes such as those in climate, land management, or biodiversity loss affect forest ecosystem structure, resilience, and ecological functions.
