Welcome Back!
The Welcome Reception and Closing Network Reception are open to all registered meeting attendees. No advance signup is needed – these events are included with your meeting registration.

Welcome Reception (ESA Exhibit Hall, Level 2, Program Link)
Sunday 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Catch up with your colleagues and preview this year’s exhibits. Light refreshments will be available.

Closing Network Reception (710AB and Belvedère Terrace, Level 7, Program Link)
Thursday 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Join us on the conference center rooftop's indoor/ourdoor space to network and socialize on the last evening of the meeting. Light refreshments will be available.

Internet Connectivity
Complimentary Wifi is available the Palais de Congres. The conference network is ESA_2022 and no password is required. 

Registration and Info Desk (ESA Exhibit Hall, Level 2)
You can pick up your badge and receipt if you’ve already registered here, or you can register. You can also update your registration, including adding ticketed events. Please note that sales of tickets for the Diversity Lunch will end at 6:00 PM on Sunday and sales of tickets for the Diversity Forum will end at 6:00 PM on Tuesday.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept luggage or packages at Registration or hold them on behalf of attendees. Please check your luggage with your hotel if you need a place to keep it while you attend the meeting.

Speaker Ready Room (Room 523, Level 5)
This room will be available Sunday, August 11 through Thursday, August 18th. The room is equipped with audiovisual equipment to allow speakers to review slides and materials. First come first serve. No signup is needed.

Please note that our meeting is not networked. You can check your slides in this room to make sure they will work on our computers, but you will still need to bring your slides with you on a USB drive to the session room 15 minutes before your session begins. This is true even if you have uploaded your slides to the website to allow attendees to access them online after your talk.

Press Office (522A, Level 5)
The Press Office is offered as an amenity for reporters, freelance journalists, and radio and television correspondents who attend the meeting and report on the scientific presentations. The telephone number in the Press Office is 514-789-3400.

Nursing/Lactation Room (446, Level 4 Mezzanine)
Room 446 at the Palais de Congres is available starting on Sunday, August 14th. The room is located on the Level 4 mezzanine.

Quiet Room (449, Level 4 Mezzanine)
The Quiet Room is an open and silent place where individuals who practice a religion requiring prayer space may pray, as well as non-religious individuals who would like a space to meditate or reflect can come and practice freely and openly. The area is open to all and has both standing and seated areas.

First Aid (338, Viger Hall, Level 2 Mezzanine)
First aid providers will be on duty at the Palais de Congres throughout the meeting. Anyone needing assistance may pick up any house phone in the Center to obtain emergency assistance by dialing 555 or extension 3141. House phones are located in each corridor on the 5th floor. From a mobile phone you can dial 514-871-3141 to reach help within the convention center.

Jam Sessions (Viger Hall, Level 3 Mezzanine)
Viger Hall in front of the wall mural will be available for informal jam sessions. Come join the fun to relax and unwind.

Gender Neutral Restrooms (Level 5, Foyer 517 Restrooms and Room 520 Restrooms)
Gender neutral restrooms will be marked and can be used by anyone, regardless of their gender, sex, or gender identity.

Student Lounge (512CG, Level 5)
All students are invited to visit the Student Lounge to take the opportunity to congregate, interact, and network. The Student Lounge will remain open during the scientific sessions.
