Nahum Ip has been employed by the British Columbia Emergency Health Services for the last 28 years. He has worked in a variety of capacities, including EMT, instructor, licencing examiner, unit chief, and district manager. His passion is the mental health of EMTs, and he is currently completing a Doctor of Education in traumatology in the hope of promoting resilience amongst EMTs.
